The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate) or NEET (UG), formerly the All India Pre-Medical Test (AIPMT), is an all India pre-medical entrance test for students who wish to pursue undergraduate medical (MBBS), dental (BDS) and AYUSH (BAMS, BUMS, BHMS, etc.)

The Delhi High Court is hearing today a plea to postpone NEET UG 2022 exam to be held on July 17. Bench of Justice Sanjeev Narula is hearing the matter. The petition by students claim that the exams being within a few days gap has caused immense mental trauma and harassment resulting in 16 reported suicides of young students.

Bench of Justice Sanjeev Narula has agreed to hear the plea of the students to postpone NEET UG 2022 examination. The hearing would begin soon. Answering to the many queries, NTA has confirmed thatΒ NEET 2022 would not be postponed.
